Emily's chocolate bark

Ingredients:​

400g 70% dark chocolate

50g white chocolate

Shelled and chopped pistachios

Dried rose petals

Zest of 4 clemetines
Method:

Break up the chocolate and place it in a bowl, hovering over but not touching a saucepan of water.

Gently heat the water and in turn very gently melt the chocolate. Do the same for the white chocolate. Heating gently means it won't split.

Pour the chocolate out onto a piece of parchment. Spread to thin out if necessary.

Then using a spoon, drizzle the white chocolate over the top.

Leave to get slightly cool, but do not allow to get totally hard.

Sprinkle over your chosen toppings. They will sink securely into the chocolate.

Allow to solidify, but don't refrigerate as it will alter the formation of the chocolate and make it lose its lustre.

Once cool, smash into shards and either eat, or gift to people.
